As of now, Microsoft Teams does not support multi-account sign in and if you need to use Microsoft Teams with multiple accounts, in all probabilities you would end up in a non-productive situation. This is because you cannot check or swap through multiple accounts, you will have to sign out and sign back into your accounts. But don’t worry.
While the desktop version of Microsoft Teams doesn’t support the management of multiple Teams, you can use this workaround to manage multiple Teams accounts: Open your Microsoft Teams desktop on the tenant you will spend most of your time in.
Use Microsoft Teams Mobile App The desktop app for Microsoft Teams may not have support for multiple accounts yet, but its mobile app for both iOS and Android supports signing in with multiple accounts. In the mobile app for Teams, go to the hamburger menu (three stacked lines), and then tap on ‘Settings’.
